Installation





1. Change the 0-rings in the connections. Lubricate them with synthetic vaseline.
2. Fit the expansion valve. Use a holding tool.
3. Do up the capillary tube connection.
4. Fit clip and insulation to temperature sensor body. Make sure that it is clean under the sensitive body and that it is in contact with the evaporator pipe.
5. Fit the bulkhead panel and the cover over the evaporator.
6. Fill the system with refrigerant. For more information refer to "Draining and Filling of Refrigerant-R134a or R12". Service and Repair
7. Connect the battery lead and conduct a performance test.
