Preliminary work

Preliminary work for removing rear air guide at the front

Remove floor covering.

Removing air guide

Removing rear air guide at the front

1. Unclip the two wire harness holders.







2. Unscrew the four fastening screws on the support.







3. Remove the support -arrow A-.

4. Unscrew the fastening nuts -arrows-.







5. Disconnect the rear air guide at the front from the air conditioning unit -arrow D- and lift the air guide holders out of the bolts.

6. Disconnect the rear air guide at the front from the rear air guide at the centre -arrow E-.

7. Lift rear air guide at the front up and remove it.

INFORMATION: The direction of arrows on the rear centre air guide corresponds to the direction of travel.

1. Disconnect the rear air guide at the centre from the rear air guide at the front.







2. Remove the rear air guide at the centre back through the seat support.

Installing air guide

Installing rear air guide at the front

1. Position the rear air guide at the front, connect it to the air conditioning system -arrow D- and lock it securely.







2. Attach the air guide holder to the studs.

3. Guide the rear air guide at the front into the rear air guide at the centre -arrow E- and lock it securely.

4. Tighten the fastening nuts -arrows-.

5. Position the support -arrow F-.







6. Tighten the four fastening screws on the support.

7. Clip in the two wire harness holders.







Installing rear centre air guide

INFORMATION: The direction of arrows on the rear centre air guide corresponds to the direction of travel.

1. Guide the rear centre air guide forward through the seat support and position it.







2. Slide the rear centre air guide forward as far as it will go over the rear air guide and lock it securely.

Subsequent work

Subsequent work for installing rear air guide at the front

Install floor covering.

Subsequent work for installing rear air guide at the centre

Install air vent.
