Removing and Installing Heat Exchanger Return Hose

REMOVING AND INSTALLING HEAT EXCHANGER RETURN HOSE

Preliminary work

1. Remove cross panel.

2. Drain coolant.

Removing heat exchanger return hose







1. Loosen hose clamps -1- and pull the heat exchanger return hose -2- off the heat exchanger and pipeline.







Installing heat exchanger return hose

1. Slide the heat exchanger return hose -2- onto the pipeline and onto the heat exchanger return connection piece and secure with hose clamps -1-.







Subsequent work

1. Install cross panel.

2. Fill in coolant.

3. Bleed the cooling system.
