REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT FOOTWELL OUTLET VENT

Preliminary work

Remove cover in driver and passenger footwell.

Removing front footwell outlet vent

Removing front footwell outlet vent on driver's side







1. Unscrew fastening screw -1-.







2. Pull footwell outlet vent -2- out of connection piece for air guide -3- and remove it.

Removing front footwell outlet vent on passenger's side

1. Unscrew fastening screw -1-.







2. Pull footwell outlet vent -2- out of connection piece for air guide -3- and remove it.


Installing front footwell outlet vent

Installing front footwell outlet vent on driver's side

1. Insert footwell outlet vent -2- into connection piece for air guide -3- until it engages securely.







2. Tighten fastening screw -1-.
- Tightening torque: 3.2 Nm (2.5 ftlb.)

Installing front footwell outlet vent on passenger's side

1. Insert footwell outlet vent -2- into connection piece for air guide -3- until it engages securely.







2. Tighten fastening screw -1-.
- Tightening torque: 3.2 Nm (2.5 ftlb.)

Subsequent work

1. Install cover in driver and passenger footwell.
