Preliminary work

Remove operator control unit for garage door opener. Refer to Removing and installing operator control unit for garage door opener.

Removing front trim.

Removing front trim panel







1. Remove front trim panel.
1.1. Unclip covers -1- on the front trim panel -3-.
1.2. Unscrew fastening screws -2- and remove front trim panel -3- in a downward direction -Arrow- until the connector for the interior light -4- is accessible.
1.3. Release connector for interior light -4- (-Arrow A-) and pull off connector -Arrow B-.
1.4. Remove front trim panel -3-.







Installing front trim

Installing front trim panel

1. Install front trim panel.
1.1. Position front trim panel -3- (-Arrow-).
1.2. Connect connector for interior light -4- (-Arrow-) until the connector engages securely.
1.3. Secure front trim panel -3- with the fastening screws -2-. Tightening torque: 2.3 Nm (2.0 ftlb.)
1.4. Clip covers -1- into the front trim panel -3-.







Subsequent work

Install operator control unit for garage door opener. Refer to Removing and installing operator control unit for garage door opener.
