Information
This is to inform you of a voluntary Workshop Campaign on certain 2004 to 2005 model year Carrera GI vehicles. There is the possibility that the emergency tire inflator compressors of the above-mentioned vehicles have a compressor hose that may not seal "air tight" when screwed on to the tire valve. This may prevent the tire from being inflated sufficiently.
To remedy the situation, a tire valve hose adapter and instruction card need to be added to the tire compressor of the affected vehicle on the customer's next dealership visit.
Affected Vehicles:
A total of 378 U.S. and Canadian vehicles fall within the scope of this Service Action.

Not every vehicle in the below listed range may be affected. Use the ranges below as a general guideline. Refer to Attachment "A" to determine if a particular vehicle is eligible for this service action. Alternatively, the VIN can be checked in the Porsche e-DCS/WWS for confirmation of an open service action.
