General Information:

a. No leaks in the clutch hydraulic system.
b. Properly bled hydraulic system.
c. Original pedal linkage.
d. Correct adjustment of the clutch master cylinder servo spring and pressure rod.

Repair Information:
After clutch master cylinder repair or replacements, the distance (A) must be set on the clutch servo spring and the pressure rod pretension must be set.

1. Dimension (A) is set between the center of the pivot pin for the clutch servo spring and the spring seat. The dimension is 21 mm +/- 1 mm.

2. In order to set the adjustment of the pressure rod, disconnect the pressure rod at its pivot point and turn adjustment until there is no tension in either direction of rod travel. Then lengthen the rod by one full turn and reinstall on the pivot point.

Note:
Clutch free play is not adjustable. Free play is achieved by automatic hydraulic adjustment.
