Drive Belt: Service and Repair

1. Remove vehicle grille.
2. Disconnect fan harness leads, then remove cable ties from leads where required.
3. Disconnect left and right brackets at condenser.
4. Remove two upper fan housing mounting screws, then the lower mounting screw at crossmember.
5. Remove cable ties at hood lock support area, then the cover from harness.
6. Lift fan out from above, being careful not to damage condenser fins.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
