To clear up some confusion regarding the 1st service on 1992 and later model year vehicles, please refer to the below listed items:

1. There is a 1st service on these vehicles.

2. The requirements have been reduced in both work scope and repair time. Refer to Technical Bulletin, Group 0, Number 9103.

3. The 1st service labor is no longer covered under warranty and must be performed at the customer's expense.

The IDCS system will not accept claims for the 1st service on 1992 and later model year vehicles.

Please advise all appropriate personnel in both sales and service accordingly.
