Fuel Cooler: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Discharge A/C system.
3. Remove upper air cleaner housing and filter, then disconnect hose from blow-off valve.
4. Remove lower air cleaner housing attaching bolts, then pull out lower air cleaner housing with air flow sensor. Remove plugs. Press bar in direction of connector while removing plugs.
5. Remove fuel cooler as follows:
a. Remove right side refrigerant line coupling.
b. Remove fuel lines.
c. Remove bracket.
d. Remove left side refrigerant line coupling, then the cooler.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
