Reminder notes have been added to both the weekly Warranty Claim Payment Report (SSG105) and the Pending Warranty Claims Status Report (SSG 109) which indicate open Recall/Service Action completion.
These reminders do not affect payment or error status but will assist you in Recall/Service Action follow-up for customers visiting your dealership.
We ask that these customers be contacted and that arrangements be made to complete all open Actions.
