In order to assure a timely close-out of 1987 warranty transactions, the following timetables have been established:

1. All transactions with a 1987 repair date must be received at PCNA no later than January 29, 1988.

2. All Error Reports/Parts Submission Requests must be received at PCNA by February 29, 1988.

3. All Claim Reviews for 1987 transactions must be received at PCNA by March 31, 1988.

4. Authorization for late submission of claims cannot be honored after the March 31 date.

Please advise all appropriate personnel within your dealership of these dates.
