Disassembly/Assembly Oil Pump Equipped

NOTE: Because of the ability to interchange Porsche transmissions, it is possible to find an oil pump equipped transmission in a later model.

Disassembly
- Heat transmission cover to approximately 120°C (250 °F) and pull speedometer gear shaft bushing out; drill out, if necessary.





Assembly
- Heat transmission cover to approximately 120°C (250 °F) and drive gear shaft bushing in with a suitable mandrel.
- Drive on seal for shift rod with special tool P 369.





- Drive on seal for speedometer drive with special tool P 374.
