Stabilizer Shaft Insulator Replacement

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the front suspension crossmember.





2. Remove the 4 bolts and the 2 stabilizer shaft clamps.
3. Remove the 2 stabilizer shaft insulators.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the 2 stabilizer shaft insulators to the stabilizer shaft.
2. Install the 2 clamps and the 4 bolts to the insulators.
3. Install the crossmember to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Tighten the 4 bolts to the clamps.
^ Tighten the bolts to 19 Nm (14.0 ft. lbs.).
