Power Steering Pulley Replacement (5.3L V8)

^ Tools Required
- J 25033-C Pulley Installer
- J 25034-C Pulley Remover

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the drive belt.
2. Using the J 25034-C, remove the pulley from the pump.

Installation Procedure



Important:
^ Never use a hammer to install the power steering pulley.
^ The face of the power steering pulley hub must be flush with the end of the power steering pump driveshaft
.





1. Using the J 25033-C, install the pulley to the pump.
2. Install the drive belt.
