Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Installation





1. Important: Position the gasket O-ring seal onto the nipple portion of the pipe.

Install the seals (308) onto the engine coolant air bleed pipe and covers.





2. Install the hose (311) and clamps (322) onto the pipe (307).





3. Install the pipe (307).

4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Install the bolts (309).
^ Tighten the pipe bolts to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.).





5. Install the covers (313).
6. Install the bolts (312).
^ Tighten the cover bolts to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.).
