AIR OUTLET REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL - CENTER

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Use a trim tool to remove the ignition switch bezel.
2. Pull the instrument panel (I/P) accessory trim plate rearward slightly.




3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the driver information display assembly.




4. Remove the I/P center air outlet screws.
5. Remove the I/P center air outlet.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the I/P center air outlet to the I/P accessory trim plate.
2. Install the I/P center air outlet screws.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).




3. Connect the electrical connector to the driver information display.




4. Align the I/P accessory trim plate to the I/P trim pad. Install the I/P accessory trim plate.
5. Install the ignition switch bezel.
