Stabilizer Shaft Insulator Replacement (AWD)

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the front suspension crossmember.
2. Remove the 2 nuts and the 2 stabilizer shaft links from the stabilizer shaft.
3. Remove the 2 stabilizer shaft clamps.
4. Remove the 2 stabilizer shaft insulators.



Installation Procedure
1. Install the 2 stabilizer shaft insulators to the stabilizer shaft.
2. Install the 2 clamps to the insulators.
3. Position the stabilizer shaft in the vehicle.
4. Install the crossmember to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Fastener Notice

5. Install the 4 bolts to the clamps.
Tighten the bolts to 19 Nm (14.0 ft. lbs.).
