Speaker Grille Replacement - Front

SPEAKER GRILLE REPLACEMENT - FRONT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the front door trim panel (3) from the inner door.

IMPORTANT: The tweeter speaker is not serviced separately from the speaker grille. Replace as an assembly.

2. Remove the retaining nuts (2) form the speaker grille on the back side of the trim panel (3).
3. Remove the speaker grille (1) from the trim panel (3).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the speaker grille (1) to the trim panel (3).
2. Install the retaining nuts (2) to the speaker grille (1) on the back side of the trim panel (3).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

3. Install the trim panel to the inner door (3).
