Stabilizer Shaft Insulator Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.





2. Remove the left and right side stabilizer shaft insulator clamp bolts.
3. Remove the left and right side stabilizer shaft insulator clamp.





4. Remove the left and right side stabilizer shaft insulators (1) from the stabilizer shaft (2).

Installation Procedure





1. Install the left and right side stabilizer shaft insulators (1) to the stabilizer shaft (2).





2. Install the left and right side stabilizer shaft insulator clamps.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the left and right side stabilizer shaft insulator clamp bolts.
Tighten the bolts to 30 Nm (22 inch lbs.).
4. Lower the vehicle.
