Pressure Relief Valve Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Open rear compartment.
2. Remove the rear bumper fascia. Refer to Fascia Replacement - Rear Bumper (Service and Repair) in Bumpers.
3. Remove the right side compartment trim panel. Refer to Compartment Side Trim Replacement - RH Rear (Compartment Side Trim Replacement - RH Rear) .
4. Use a small flat-bladed tool in order to release the snaps on the pressure relief valve at the two upper and two lower locations.
5. Remove the pressure relief valve from the quarter panel.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the pressure relief valve to the quarter panel.
2. Press the pressure relief valve into the quarter panel until the snaps lock into place at both upper and lower locations.
3. Install the right side compartment trim panel. Refer to Compartment Side Trim Replacement - RH Rear (Compartment Side Trim Replacement - RH Rear) .
4. Install the rear bumper fascia. Refer to Fascia Replacement - Rear Bumper (Service and Repair) in Bumpers.
5. Close the rear compartment.
