Engine Mount Strut Bracket Replacement - Right Upper

Removal Procedure





1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the ignition coil.
3. Remove the supercharger drive belt.





4. Remove the upper supercharger drive belt idler pulley.





5. Remove the supercharger drive belt tensioner.





6. Remove the right engine mount strut at the right engine mount strut bracket.





7. Remove the right engine mount strut bracket nuts and stud.
8. Remove the right engine mount strut bracket from the cylinder head.


Installation Procedure





1. Install the right engine mount strut bracket to the cylinder head.





2. Install the electronic ignition module harness assembly to the stud, as shown.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions

3. Install the right engine mount strut bracket nuts and stud.
^ Tighten the right engine mount strut bracket nuts and stud to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).





4. Install the right engine mount strut to the right engine mount strut bracket.





5. Install the supercharger drive belt tensioner.





6. Install the upper supercharger drive belt idler pulley.
7. Install the supercharger drive belt.




8. Install the ignition coil.
9. Connect the negative battery cable.
