Transmission Mount Replacement - Side

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the front fender liner.





2. Remove the 2 side mount to frame nuts.





3. Support the transmission with a jack and wood block.





4. Remove the 2 side mount to transmission bolts.
5. Raise the transmission slightly and remove the side transmission mount.

Installation Procedure
1. Install the side transmission mount.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.





2. Install the 2 side mount transmission bolts.
Tighten the side mount retaining bolts to 110 Nm (81 ft. lbs.).
3. Lower the transmission into position.





4. Install the 2 side mount to frame nuts.
Tighten the side mount nuts to 66 Nm (49 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the front fender liner.
