Power Steering Pulley Replacement

- J 25033-C Power Steering Pulley Installer
- J 25034-C Power Steering Pulley Remover

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the upper engine mount.
2. Remove the drive belt from the power steering pump pulley.
3. Remove the power steering pump.
4. Remove the power steering pump pulley using the J25034-C.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the power steering pump pulley to the pump using the J 25033-C. Ensure that the face of the pulley hub is flush with the pump drive shaft.
2. Install the power steering pump.
3. Install the drive belt to the power steering pump pulley.
4. Install the upper engine mount.
5. Fill the power steering pump with power steering fluid.
6. Bleed the power steering system.
