Engine Mount Bracket Replacement- Left

- J 28467-B Universal Engine Support Fixture
- J 41803 Engine Support Fixture

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the fuel rail covers from the engine.
2. Install J41803 and J28467-B and support the engine.
3. Remove the left side exhaust manifold.
4. Remove the engine mount to bracket nut.
5. Remove the engine mount bracket bolts.
6. Remove the engine mount bracket.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the engine mount bracket.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the engine mount bracket bolts.
^ Tighten the engine mount bracket bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the engine mount to bracket nut.
^ Tighten the engine mount to bracket nut to 80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the left side exhaust manifold.
5. Remove J-41803 and J-28467-B from the engine.
6. Install the fuel rail covers to the engine.
