Surge Tank Hose/Pipe ReplacementRemoval Procedure
1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Loosen and remove the radiator inlet hoses (1) from the radiator inlet pipe.
3. Loosen and remove the surge tank hoses (2) from the surge tank pipe.
4. Remove the surge tank pipe (3).
Installation Procedure
1. Install the surge tank pipe (3).
2. Install the surge tank hoses (2) to the surge tank pipe.
3. Install the radiator inlet hoses (1) to the radiator inlet pipe.
4. Refill the cooling system.
