EGR Valve: Service and Repair

Upper Manifold Assembly Exploded View:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Electrical connector at solenoid.
2. Two base to flange bolts.
3. Digital Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. EGR valve.
2. EGR valve bolts.

Tighten
Torque to 30 Nm (22 lb. ft.).

3. Electrical connector at solenoid.
