Thermostat: Service and Repair

1. Drain radiator through lower hose.
2. Remove timing belt front cover as described under TIMING BELT FRONT COVER.
3. Remove timing belt described under TIMING BELT.
4. Remove timing belt rear cover as described under TIMING BELT REAR COVER.
5. Remove thermostat housing and thermostat.
6. Clean sealing surfaces on both head and thermostat housing.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
