Without Air Conditioning

Vacuum Harness:

Vacuum Harness - 2.5L:

Vacuum Harness & Tank - 2.5L:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Right sound insulator.
3. Harness from actuators and vacuum tank

NOTE: Continue with step 5 if servicing complete harness.

4. Tie wrap and separate main harness from control end harness.
5. Instrument Panel (I.P.) compartment.
6. Right hand I.P. accessory trim plate by pulling rearward.
7. Heater and A/C control assembly trim plate. 2 screws in right side of steering column filler must be removed along with 4 trim plate retaining screws.
^ Center console need not be disturbed to remove trim plate.
8. Control panel and pull rearward.
9. Vacuum harness from vacuum switch.


INSTALL OR CONNECT

NOTE: Begin with step 6 if servicing main harness.

1. Vacuum harness to control vacuum switch.
2. Heater control to I.P. pad.
3. Heater and A/C control assembly trim plate.
4. Right hand I.P. accessory trim plate.
5. I.P. compartment.

NOTE: Continue with step 7 if servicing complete harness.

6. Main harness to control end harness and secure with a tie wrap.
7. Harness to actuators and vacuum tank.
8. Right sound insulator.
9. Negative battery cable.
