Removal/Installation

Fig. 15 Power Steering Pump Mounting. 2.0L/4-121 Turbo:

1. Remove serpentine drive belt.
2. Disconnect pressure and return lines from power steering pump. Allow fluid to drain into a suitable container.
3. Remove pump to mounting bracket attaching bolts.
4. Remove pump assembly, Fig. 15.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
