Slipping or Rough 1-2 Shift


1. Incorrect or improperly adjusted T.V. cable.
2. Low oil level.
3. Improper oil pressure.
4. Intermediate servo seals damaged or leaking or piston damaged.
5. Intermediate servo bore in case damaged or apply pin improper length.
6. Intermediate servo orifice bleed cup plug missing or lead between servo apply pin and case.
7. Incorrect or damaged throttle valve link.
8. Intermediate band apply pin binding.
9. Throttle valve plunger binding or valve binding in control valve.
10. 1-2 accumulator valve binding.
11. Binding 1-2 accumulator piston or broke spring.
12. 1-2 accumulator bore damaged or piston seal grooved or damaged.
13. Incorrect or improperly installed spacer plate or plate gasket.
14. Case or case cover 2nd oil passage leaking.
