No Full Throttle 3-2 Downshift

1. Incorrect, improperly adjusted or binding T.V. cable or link.
2. Throttle cable not opining throttle sufficiently.
3. Binding shift T.V. or throttle valve.
4. Spacer plate holes plugged and/or gaskets damaged or improperly positioned.
