Disassembly

1. Remove injector attaching screw.
2. Remove injector bracket.
3. Using a suitable screwdriver, place blade under closed end of injector and carefully lift until injector is free of fuel meter assembly.
4. Remove upper and lower O-rings and injector filter from injector.
5. Remove pressure regulator attaching screws and cover from fuel meter body. Carefully remove cover screws, as the pressure regulator spring is under tension.
6. Remove pressure regulator spring.
7. Remove regulator spring seat.
8. Remove pressure regulator diaphragm assembly.
9. Disconnect fuel inlet and outlet lines.
10. Remove fuel inlet and outlet attaching nuts and seals from fuel meter body assembly.
11. Remove air filter gasket.
12. Remove manifold attaching bolts.
13. Remove fuel meter body attaching screws and washer assembly.
14. Disconnect fuel assembly from throttle body assembly.
15. Remove fuel meter body from throttle body gasket.
16. Remove throttle position sensor locating screw and TPR attaching screw and washer assembly.
17. Remove TPS from throttle body assembly.
18. Remove idle air control valve attaching screws.
19. Remove IAC assembly and O-ring from throttle body assembly.
20. Remove throttle body tube assembly attaching screws from throttle body.
21. Remove tube manifold unit and gasket.
