Engine Mount: Service and Repair

Fig. 1 Front engine mount removal:

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Install engine support fixture No. J28467-A with fixture adapters J28467-70 or equivalents. Support tool must be positioned in center of cowl and properly tightened prior to supporting engine and transaxle assembly.
3. Remove engine mount attaching bolts and the mount, Fig. 1.
4. Reverse procedure to install. Torque mount attaching bolts to 29 ft.lbs.
