Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair

CUTLASS, GRAND PRIX

1. Disconnect battery ground cable and discharge refrigerant system.
2. Remove torque strut bracket bolts at tie bar.
3. Remove coolant reservoir screws, hoses and bracket.
4. Remove air cleaner assembly and mounting bracket.
5. Remove radiator mount screws.
6. Remove condenser block fitting.
7. Tilt radiator forward, then remove condenser.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
