WIPER ARMS:

When performing any service operation that involves removal of the wiper arms, the wiper arms should be replaced if they are not the sliding latch type.. (See Illustration)

Latch type arms have been used on Grand Am's built since October of 1985. The part numbers for the latch type arms are:
