Resistance Test

NOTE: This test is to be performed with the Ignition Switch in RUN, the Blower Switch in HI, the Mode Selector in VENT, and the negative battery terminal disconnected.

With the connector removed from the Blower Relay, measure the resistance to ground at the following connector terminals.

Terminal (Wire Color) Resistance
C (BLK) Less than 1 ohm
E (PPL) Approximately 15 ohms

^ If the voltages and resistances at the Blower Relay connector are correct, install a new relay.
