Auxiliary Blower Motor Resistor Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the accessory panel from the left rear quarter trim. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side.
2. Disconnect the auxiliary blower motor resistor electrical connector.




3. Remove the auxiliary blower motor resistor screws.
4. Remove the auxiliary blower motor resistor from the auxiliary HVAC module assembly.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the auxiliary blower motor resistor to the auxiliary HVAC module assembly.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the auxiliary blower motor resistor screws and tighten to 1.6 Nm (14 lb in).
3. Connect the auxiliary blower motor resistor electrical connector.
4. Install the accessory panel from the left rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side.
