Center Air Outlet Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement.
2. Remove the center air distribution duct nuts.
3. Remove the center air distribution duct from the crosscar beam.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the center air distribution duct to the crosscar beam.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the center air distribution duct nuts and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
3. Install the I/P assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement.
