Thermal Vacuum Valve - EVAP: Service and Repair

REMOVE/DISCONNECT
- Drain cooling system below level of Thermostatic Vacuum Switch (TVS).
- Vacuum hoses from switch.
- TVS, note direction of vacuum ports.

INSTALL/CONNECT
- TVS using sealer on threads. Position vacuum ports in same direction as when removed.
- Vacuum hoses to TVS.
- Refill cooling system.
- Check for proper operation of EVAP system.
