REMOVAL - STABILIZER BAR BUSHINGS1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Remove the 4 bolts and tapping plates attaching the stabilizer bar bushing retainers to the frame.
3. Remove the bushing retainers from the stabilizer bar bushings.
4. Remove the stabilizer bar bushings from the bar by opening the preformed slit in the bushing and peeling each off.
INSTALLATION - STABILIZER BAR BUSHINGS
1. Thoroughly clean the stabilizer bar in the area where the bushing contacts the stabilizer bar.
2. Install the bushings on stabilizer bar by opening the slit in the bushing and wrapping the bushing around the stabilizer bar
3. Correctly position the stabilizer bar bushings on the stabilizer bar. The slit in the bushing must be facing upward when installed on the stabilizer bar.
4. Install the bushing retainers on the bushings.
5. Install the bushing retainer bolts and tapping plates. Tighten the 4 stabilizer bar bushing retainer bolts to 30 Nm (265 inch lbs.).
6. Lower the vehicle.
