Air Duct: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
The defogger duct can not be removed with the instrument panel in place. The panel needs to be moved rearward to allow clearance for the defogger duct to clear the windshield.
1. Move the instrument panel rearward enough to allow removal of the duct. Remove instrument panel. Refer to: Body and Frame, Interior Trim, Dashboard/Instrument Panel, Service and Repair, Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement, Instrument Panel Assembly

2. Remove the two screws attaching defogger duct.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the duct in the instrument panel.
2. Install the two retaining screws.
3. Install the instrument panel.
