Rear Door Window Regulator - 4 Door

Rear Window Regulator:

REMOVAL
1. Remove door trim panel and plastic air shield.
2. Secure window in full up position.
3. Drive out center pin of rivet with drift punch, then drill out rivets with 1/4 inch drill.
4. Disengage regulator arm from lift plate and remove regulator assembly through access hole.

INSTALLATION
1. Load regulator assembly through access hole and engage regulator arm with lift plate.
2. Secure regulator to door panel with 1/4-20 nuts and short length screws making sure screws do not interfere with regulator operation. Torque to 10.2-17.8 Nm (90-115 in. lb.).
3. Cement plastic air shield in place.
4. Install door trim panel.
