Rear Door Window Glass: Service and Repair

Rear Glass Removal Points:

REMOVAL
1. Remove door trim panel, plastic air shield and water shield.
2. Align fasteners (19) with access holes in door inner panel.
3. Hold bottom of glass, remove lift plate fasteners (19) and lower glass to bottom of door.
4. Remove upper division bar attaching screw (20).
5. Remove division bar lower bracket screws (14), (22) and remove bracket (21).
6. Disengage division bar from both movable and stationary glass and remove division bar through main access hole.
7. Remove stationary glass by applying a forward force to disengage window seal from door frame.
8. Remove glass assembly through belt opening.

INSTALLATION
1. Reverse above procedure for installation.
2. Adjust glass. Refer to Adjustments.
3. Cement water shield and air shield to door inner panel.
4. Install door trim panel.
