Front Door Window Regulator

Glass Guidance System:

REMOVAL
1. Remove trim panel and plastic air shield.
2. Place glass in 3/4 up position
3. Disconnect regulator from wiring harness, remove two inner panel wiring clips, and move wiring harness so as not to obstruct large access hole (if so equipped).
4. Secure glass in place.
5. Remove regulator attaching rivets (4 on manual regulator, 3 on electric regulator).
6. Slide regulator arm out of lift channel and remove regulator through large access hole.

INSTALLATION
1. Install regulator through large access hole and slide regulator arm into glass lift channel.
2. Position regulator to inner panel and rivet in place (4 rivets of manual regulators, 3 rivets on electric regulator).
3. Clip wiring harness to inner panel and connect regulator to wiring harness (if so equipped).
4. Install plastic air shield and trim panel.

NOTE: Glass adjustment has not been affected; therefore glass readjustment should not be required.
