Subject: Safety Recall # 506 -- Rear Axle Trailing Arm Pivot Bolt

Models: 1986 Model Year Plymouth Horizon, Plymouth Turismo, Dodge Omni, Dodge Charger and Dodge Shelby Charger -- Vehicles Built Between August 23, 1985 and November 23, 1985


On the listed models, the bolts attaching the rear axle trailing arms to the hangers may fail and allow the rear suspension to separate from the hangers. To correct the condition, the pivot bolts on both sides of the vehicle must be replaced.
