Wipers Do Not Work In One Speed

Refer to Fig. 1, when performing the following procedures.


1. Check wiper motor.
2. Using high impedance voltmeter, check for voltage at pins of wiper control box connector.
3. Check wire 28 (slow operation) and wire 31 (fast operation).
