No Start or Hard Start

1. Check air intake circuit.
2. Check fuel pump control and operation of idle regulation electrovalve.
3. Check [1][2]engine temperature sensor and fuel pump pressure.
4. Check air flow sensor and cylinder compression pressure.
5. Retest vehicle with new ECU.
