No Cooling

COMPRESSOR & ELECTRIC COOLING FAN NOT OPERATING

1. Fuse defective.
2. A/C mode control assembly defective.
3. Thermostatic switch (4) short circuited.

ELECTRIC COOLING FAN OPERATING, COMPRESSOR NOT OPERATING

1. Compressor drive belt (2) broken, compressor (7) seized.
2. Clutch air gap (5) too large.
3. Clutch coil (6) circuit broken.

COMPRESSOR & ELECTRIC FAN OPERATING, NO BUBBLES IN SIGHT GLASS

High & Low Pressure Gauges Read Zero
1. Refrigerant system empty.
a. Charge system, then perform leak test.
b. Check for leaks at fittings (8), compressor head gasket (9), and seal (10).
