Final Assembly

1. Install detonation sensors after coating threads with Loctite or equivalent and tighten to specifications.
2. Install water manifold and water pump. Tighten bolts to specifications.
3. Install valve covers and gaskets. Tighten bolts to specifications.
4. Install intake manifold.
5. Install exhaust manifolds with new gaskets. Tighten bolts to specifications.
6. Remove engine from stand and mount on support tool No. 0134-A. Remove plate tool No. 0134-E1, pillars No. 0134-E2, and clamps No. 0134-E3, or equivalents.
7. Install seal on rear plate, then install rear plate onto engine. Tighten bolts to specifications. Coat lower crankcase gasket plane with class 1 silicone sealing compound.
8. Install flywheel, coat bolts with Loctite or equivalent. Tighten bolts to specifications. Install flywheel lock.
9. Install clutch disc using tool alignment tool No. 0210 or equivalent, then the clutch mechanism. Tighten bolts to specifications.
